Our Projects
RADO Sindh has successfully implemented a range of impactful projects and community-driven initiatives aimed at promoting human rights, women’s empowerment, education, environmental protection, and democratic values. Key achievements include:
Women’s Rights Advocacy & Livelihood Project
In partnership with PODA (Potohar Organization for Development & Advocacy), RADO implemented a comprehensive project focused on women’s rights awareness and economic empowerment. The initiative provided women with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to advocate for their rights and participate in sustainable livelihood activities within their communities.

Formation of Human Rights Watch Group – Jacobabad
With the support of PAHEL, a national NGO, RADO formed a District-Level Human Rights Watch Group to monitor and promote human rights, peace, and democratic governance in Jacobabad. This initiative strengthens local civil society’s role in holding authorities accountable and ensuring justice for marginalized populations.
Training on Human Rights Violations & Legal Aid
RADO independently organized and successfully concluded a One-Day Training Session aimed at raising awareness about human rights violations and offering legal aid support. The session empowered local activists, community leaders, and youth with legal literacy and tools for rights-based advocacy.
Tree Plantation Awareness Campaign
As part of its environmental protection efforts, RADO launched a Tree Plantation Campaign using its own resources. The campaign mobilized the general public, especially school children and youth, to participate in afforestation efforts and understand the importance of trees in combating climate change and preserving biodiversity.
Universal Children’s Day Awareness Program
RADO organized a special event to celebrate Universal Children’s Day at a local school. The program focused on raising awareness about children's rights and the importance of education. Through interactive activities and advocacy messages, the event encouraged both children and educators to prioritize inclusive and quality education.
Formation of Women Lead Members Network
“Parwaz Project”
Under the Parwaz Project, in collaboration with PODA, RADO established a Women Lead Members Network to enhance women’s leadership, social mobilization, and collective advocacy for gender equality and local development. The network continues to act as a platform for rural women to voice their issues and influence community decisions.
Integrated Education & Learning Program (IELP)
With the support of the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), RADO successfully concluded the IELP in Union Council Allanpur, Taluka Garhi Khairo, District Jacobabad. The project achieved the following outcomes:
